“The Virginia Community College System (VCCS) has 23 colleges and over 200,000 students. VCCS operates using three Oracle PeopleSoft pillars (FMS, HCM, SIS-Campus Solutions). We partnered with Sierra-Cedar to complete a vendor-failed upgrade of our FMS to 9.2.  We engaged in a multi-year strategic effort to modernize and streamline systems and processes across the VCCS.
